Loan Faciliy for Business Partners

NIMTT provides loan facility to all Business partners.

The loan application can be downloaded from our download button.The loan application has to be filled in all manners and to be submitted along with processig fee of Rs 1000.00 (one thousand only)to the Loan Processing Officer or to the CEO for necessary action.The loan application without the following documents and the processing DD will not be accepted .The loans are granted at the sole discretion of the Bank.Loans are processed as Business loan or Project loan with Vijaya Bank (our banker) and also with some private financers.The interest rates are normally 6%- 12% per annum.Loan processing fee is charged after the disbursement of the loan.The following are the minimum documents .The Banker may charge extra documents if required.The loan applied does not mean the sanction of the loan.We try our best for our best clients.For outstation applicants collteral security may also be asked to deposit with the banks.


Documents required for loan processing :

 

  1. Address Proof of the Candidate.
  2. Income proof (a) For Salaried paersons-Last month salary slip (b) For Business man Income Tax return for 2 years.
  3. Passport photographs- 4 copies
  4. ID proof-Voter ID/PAN/DL/Passport

 

Loan Processing Time:

 

If the documents are correct and as per the requirements of the Banker then the total processing would take maximum of 30-45 days from the date of application.
